1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under these conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories/manuals
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used smart devices (unless defective)
  • Custom-configured or personalized products
  • Software licenses/digital downloads

2. Smart Device Specifics

  • WiFi/connected devices must be factory reset before return
  • Physical damage voids return eligibility
  • Software issues may require troubleshooting before return approval

3. How to Initiate a Return

    • Customer pays return shipping (except for defective items)

4. Refund Process

  • Defective Items: We cover return shipping + offer replacement/full refund

5. Testing Fee

  • 15% restocking fee may apply if returned device shows no defect upon testing
