- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

- Software licenses/digital downloads

- WiFi/connected devices must be factory reset before return
- Physical damage voids return eligibility
- Software issues may require troubleshooting before return approval
